Recently, multiple research projects of the 3D geospatial vision group have been successfully funded by various grant agencies from both central government and Hong Kong SAR government, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC), Environment and Conservation Fund(ECF) and Public Policy Research (PPR) Funding Scheme of Hong Kong SAR Policy Innovation and Co-ordination Office(PICO).
