Recently, former team member - Dr.Huang Rong’s paper titled “Information fusion approach for biomass estimation in a plateau mountainous forest using a synergistic system comprising UAS-based digital camera and LiDAR” has been published in the top-tier journal in the field of forestry and agriculture informatics - Computers and Electronics in Agriculture. In this work, a synergistic system that combines UAS-based camera and LiDAR for AGB estimation is developed, leveraging multimodal data by global information fusion.
